Services
Most firms either plan your taxes or clean up problems. Bloom does both, which is exactly why our planning is built to last.
Proactive, year-round planning and precise preparation that keep more of what you earn working for you.
Short and long-term rental strategy, cost segregation, and material participation done by the book, Section 469 and all.
Investigations, book reconstruction, and discrepancy analysis that turn messy records into a defensible picture.
IRS and state representation from first notice to resolution, so you are never facing an examination alone.
Entity selection and structuring that fit how you actually operate and how you plan to grow.
Clear visibility into your numbers and the risks beneath them, before they become problems.
Our philosophy
Three words, one progression, from a stable foundation to a portfolio that grows with confidence.
It starts with stability, accurate books, a sound structure, and a tax position you can defend.
From there we plan, optimizing real estate, entities, and cash flow for the long term.
The result is a business and a portfolio that grow with confidence, fully supported.
Meet your advisor
Nicole founded Bloom Risk Advisory to give business owners and real estate investors something rare: an advisor who plans aggressively for growth and has the forensic skill to defend every position taken.
With a Master of Science in Accounting and credentials as a Certified Fraud Examiner, she specializes in real estate taxation, audit defense, and the kind of careful record reconstruction that turns uncertainty into a clear, defensible picture.
Good to know
Forensic depth. As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Nicole does not just prepare returns, she reconstructs records, investigates discrepancies, and builds positions that hold up under audit. That rigor protects you whether you are optimizing taxes or defending an examination.
Yes, this is a core focus. We handle the short-term rental exception under Section 469, cost segregation, and material participation tracking so your real estate works as hard on your tax return as it does in the market.
Reach out right away. We provide full IRS and state audit representation, from organizing and reconstructing records to corresponding with examiners on your behalf. The sooner we are involved, the stronger your position.
Our offices are in Florida and Texas, and we serve clients in both, with much of the work handled remotely. If you are elsewhere, reach out and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
